From March 15th till 19th you need go to Plaza Ayuntamiento in Valencia centre. They display the large and popular “mascletas” where every day you can join these incredible and spectacular fireworks set up by professional, it is loud,very loud!  Imagine 120 pounds of gunpowder and 120 decibels.

What you see on video isn’t the same as in real life. You can never imagine what it’s like if you never stood on the square while they doing the mascleta. The Vibrations on the ground feels like a massive earthquake, the air is filled with color and explosions, they become like a musical rhythm. Sure to remember! This is every day from March 1st till 19th at 2 o’clock midday. You can rent an apartment in Valencia at the center of mascletas and enjoy it from close by.

Every night, you have fireworks, they lit the sky in different colors, March 18th is an important day to remember “la nit del foc” at 1:30 at night, you have a spectacular fireworks display. The best to view these fireworks is of the Paseo de la Alameda,why not rent a apartment in this area of Valencia during the Fallas.

The most beautiful and surprising of the Fallas are the monuments they are built in different areas, which you can view all over the city. They are towering monuments filled with small details, shapes and colors. Each year to be rebuilt and in the end they get burned. The legend is that the carpenters burn the old to make space for the new.

Do not forget to visit the Nou Campanar falla Sueca and iluminacion  Lite-Azorín Rato (every day at 19.30)

The parades are a tribute to the tradition and culture in Valencia. One of the examples is the beautiful tradition dressed people in parades carrying and delivering flowers.
